A Practitioner's Quick Reference Pocketbook of the Bach Flower Remedies, by Dianna Hardy
This booklet contains very brief descriptions of the Bach Flower Remedies and what they are used for, focusing on the personality types of the flowers. They are taken both from the traditional meanings of each remedy, meditations that the author has spent on them, and her own time working with them, in clinic and for personal use. You will find:
- a small, blank section at the bottom of each brief description where you can note your own thoughts and feelings on each remedy
- a small piece about choosing your essence combination based on the descriptions, as well as choosing remedies through ‘essence sensing’
- some combination remedies for supporting your clients during depression
- remedy blends for health care workers, including practitioners, to ensure the therapist is looking after themselves, too
All in all, this is a handy pocket guide for practitioners, or any health care worker, using Bach Flower Remedies to support their own therapy.
