There is potent magic in the beautiful, black glass bottles above, and they are called KUTA.

KUTA stands for a Kick Up The Arse. No, I'm not joking! That's often what it takes to make important decisions and activate deep transformation in your life. Aptly named, these essences have been made by Alastair and myself from stone circles and sacred locations around the UK as we were called to them. The sun has been glorious and my garden is calling me, as are all the herbs in it. I have found quite a bit of synchronicity in my life over the past week, and today, also. The message given to me for me to impart to you, is this: trust in the flow of life and life will feed you; earth will feed you; you will be looked after. It sounds simple, but simple is needed because most people don't believe this philosophy, yet in my life, it has been 100% true. Certainly not without its challenges - and some of them not fun at all - but true, nevertheless.

I was asked last week about my thoughts on "losing" spirituality. Someone who had always been very connected and intuitive had recently lost this connection and it has been this way for a few months/years now. My answer was this: It happens. To many people, but especially to those who are VERY tuned in and connected. I hear it so many times. You will find your way back - don't worry.

Perhaps it's a test - an initiation to find your way back to Spirit - or perhaps it is more physiological in that between the ages of 30 and 50 you are farthest away from Spirit in terms of the life cycle, so you feel Spirit less. Whichever it is, I hear about it so often, I thought I'd write it in here today and simply say to anyone reading, if you have lost your way, you will find your way. And when you do, the finding it will be more permanent and stronger than ever before because you sought it out and struggled. It will mean more and the bond you reignite with Spirit will be greater. And likely, once found, you'll realise with hindsight you never lost it at all.

And with regards to the "message of the week" I relayed three paragraphs above, don't force this connection - go with the flow, and try to be present in every moment. You will find it again. It's about trust. And finding Spirit - working with Spirit - is about trust. Almost more than anything else, it's about trust. So trust - don't force. And enjoy what you have. Life is to be enjoyed as much as it's a playground for learning and growing.

Last week, I wrote about my vibrational essence system being relabelled and "rebranded" (not keen on that word - energy is not a "brand"! But you get my drift.) This is now underway with new labels having been designed and everything quite literally falling into place once I gave it my focus and asked for clarity. It will be two or three weeks before I can introduce you to everything that's new here, so please bear with me. I've been making vibrational essences since 2004 can you believe it - but it's just not something I consider myself as "doing". It's more like I follow instruction from Spirit and voila - an essence is made. So, I have been incredibly reluctant to call myself an "essence producer" as such (I still don't!) and this has led me to not wanting to do the whole labelling and product-facing thing. But I do make essences and it is what it is, and my instruction is to make them available to others somehow. I actually see making essences as part of shamanism; part of my shamanic ritual and living. I think that is my reluctance to "label" myself as a producer - I may never make more! I literally make them when "called" to.

Anyway: Carer's Strength, Carer's Heart, Aquarian Lion, Lemurian Ray, and Michael's Sword Spray... I've taken all my essences offline until I can bring them back in their new format (still as potent as ever - the content has not changed). Look out for that in about 3 weeks. These essences are just pivotal for this era we are in and the next ten years.

I am still waiting to collect enough names to run new Circles. They take place on weekday mornings, I do understand it is an awkward time for many people, but new Circles will take off at the right time, I'm sure of that. The current Circles I run are closed as they are both full, but also, everyone in it has bonded and shared very personal things over 3 years. This happens sometimes, and it's beautiful - I am hoping I can facilitate it happening again with new Circles and new friends in the making, but there is no telling what a new Circle and group of people will be like. A Circle can grow to 15 people not all of whom come every month; or it can remain at 6 or 8 people, all whom create sacred connections with each other. I don't set rigid rules for Circles and allow the energy to go wherever it needs to go. The best way to know if and when new Circles occur is to sign up to this Newsletter.

There is more to come as we grow, but this is the foundation now. It took 3 rocky years to build, but there is a beautiful solidity emerging which I'm in love with. The third dimensional world we see around us matters because it is the physical expression of what is in our hearts and what we have manifested. A few of us manifest consciously. But most of us manifest unconsciously, not really thinking ahead to where all our reactions, actions (or inaction), and thoughts, and all the games we play with ourselves really lead. While we can alter and transform this physical reality with much important work in the ethereal planes and the Otherworld, we must not discount what is right in front of us including any challenges as well as the joys. These physical world challenges need transforming, too, and they need seeing for what they are (and what they are to you and your perception - what do they mean to your soul and how does that affect you?). This fundamental question and its answers are the key to transforming the challenges in front of you and living the life you really want to. It almost always starts with making hard decisions, though. Sometimes, really hard. These are transformational in themselves, so try not to be afraid of them. Often, the harder the decision, the more lives you are affecting and the more karma you are clearing / unbinding. We are in the era of BIG THINGS. Global occurrences (irrelevant of how you perceive them or which "side" you are on, if any) give us the chance for the biggest transformations possible in our personal and societal lives that ripple through time itself, affecting ancestors and descendants - the future children we don't yet know. If we are not afraid of this, we can embrace it, and see it for the exciting opportunity it is on all levels. Look beyond fear. Look beyond life and death.

Transformation begins in the ether - the mind, the spirit - but it ends in the physical reality in front of you. So ground that ether and make it yours. It IS yours. Your ether is unique. Your soul essence is unique. What you do or don't do really does matter.

Confession: I have been avoiding writing this week's blog post. My mind feels like a beehive and I'm making honey with a hundred thoughts, ideas, and inspirations. There's just one problem: I am one human being and not several hundred bees. So the question on the forefront of my mind is how do I make my mind work as a hive - and I am not talking about the hive mind scenario, I am talking about bringing multi-aspects of myself together to create one whole - with all parts functioning well without needing maintenance?

Between Worlds Essence is very likely going to go through a rebrand in the near future to better align with Heart Warrior Herbs and my shamanic work here at Kia Ora. Exactly what that rebranding will be, I'm not sure. Or ... do I rebrand it to fit my crystal jewellery making at WBW Jewellery? It goes with the herbs ... but it also goes with the crystals ... and it goes with the shamanic work.

This is the story of my life and why writing fiction - in some ways - was a beautiful, beautiful thing because I could be all the characters and live all the plots. In the third dimensional world of manifesting the imagination, I have to choose: which way do I want to go? And I have to leave some characters behind and never experience some adventures. I am an adventure-seeker, it is true. Becoming a mother constrained the ability to do that a little, but with my daughter getting older, the spark of exploration is going off anew. I want to go here, there, do this, do that, try everything, learn - LEARN ... I want to learn.

I'm not as hesitant to make decisions as some people I know - I have never been afraid to make a wrong one. Life's a journey and everything is about change and learning through that change. The hard part - for me - is feeling like I am split into several pieces before the decision is made, and there is always an attempt to bring all of me together during the decision making process.

Two things are certain:

1. Shamanism is here to stay as it has always been here. I never left it and it never left me. I grew up with it because I could see between worlds. I interwove it into all my stories and have always breathed it. The shamanic and crystal healing I do is part of shamanism. Healing work, energy work, and spirit work is a part of shamanism. WBW Jewellery is also a part of this - drawing, artisanry, creation. Perhaps my writing or storytelling falls into here, too. Divination does - my love of Tarot as a doorway into the known and unknown.
2. Herbal medicine is here to stay. It is the earth medicine I use. It is the earth expression of my shamanic work, but it is also now the 3D world expression of it, just as my published books were from 2010. Herbal medicine grounds my shamanic ways. It is my Virgo north node, while Pisces is my south node; equally, it is my Virgo descendant to my Pisces ascendant. It is the healing of Spirit and energy manifest through plant beings and the soil itself. So many homoeopathic remedies start out as herbal tinctures, it is easy to connect homoeopathy to this thread, too. In fact, since I started working properly with herbs, a lot of what I learnt in my one year at the School of Shamanic Homoeopathy makes more rounded sense. It's as if those teaching have finally fallen into place in my mind 17 years later thanks to the teachings of the solid earth and plants. (Who would have guessed!)

And essences? I need to find a way to work with them that is truly mine, just as I found my way to my own style and expression of shamanism and healing. I don't really want to be an "essence producer", yet I know I can make potent essences and am called to do so - to use within my own practice maybe, rather than to sell? I am a healer, not a manufacturer. I wrote books so people could feel and heal through them, but tired of the "marketing" over ten years.

I know there is one more essence in my Angelic Crystal series to be made - I am waiting on that instruction. I have already received guidance on what system to create after that. But before I can go on, I need to make the essence system solid. That's where I'm at. And the above gives you an idea of my buzzing mind as I try to make good, strong honey.

In other news... Look out for my low cost clinic for both herbal medicine and flower essences for those on low income and struggling financially. This will be announced later this week and will initially be a trial for a few months to see if it's sustainable. The cost of herbs and herbal tinctures can be expensive, there's no getting around that, but this should not be a barrier to you getting healthy. And where I can help people, I will. There has to be a good balance of give and take.

I think that last sentence is where I am going to leave this post: there has to be a good balance of give and take. May that be a helpful mantra for you this week.

And not only is the abstract made solid, but it is malleable and mouldable before gaining structure - by you. You are the creator, director, and magician of this beautiful energy at the moment.

Pisces has always been significant to me as it is my Ascendant, and I don't remember a time I have felt the energy of the Pisces month so strongly. It is as if every hair on my body is an antenna for information and I am able to absorb it in abstract form and make some kind of structure with it. I know it won't last! But this energy feels like it will be with me for a year or two - it really feels that potent and connected to my soul purpose. For me, it's very much about paving a way forward. And it's incredibly important it's done in your (my) whole truth. It's about what the heart sees and using your heart's beat to forge that path. This can happen very naturally at the moment if you are in "the zone".

For anyone who does not have friendly conjunctions with Pisces, or does not feel the Piscean / Neptune influence at the moment, my advice is to go with the flow of your intuition. Trust in the abstract feelings and thoughts you are having that is creating a "gut instinct" within you. *Bitter herbs (to eat or drink) will help you ground that energy into your gut, too, and help it all flow better: Marigold Flowers (mildly bitter), Dandelion Root, Gentian, Vervain ... these will all help you bring higher consciousness into lower consciousness. This is how we change the world, guys :)

You are not trapped. You are not bound. You are limitless, and while many people don't like to feel limitless (and prefer the security of walls and structure), this Pisces month and New Moon tomorrow (Wednesday, 2nd March) is really pressing you to explore your limitlessness before setting new boundaries. Don't settle - fly. See the things you've always wanted to see and be the things you've always wanted to be. It doesn't matter if it lasts or not, what matters is that you did it and learnt from the experience. Experiences matter more than anything - they make you. And you use your experiences to create the "new you" all the time. This is how we evolve - through experiences.

In one of my recent posts, I talked about how the book The Healing Wisdom of Africa changed my life at the age of around 20. When I read that book, it stirred ancestral and/or past life memories within me. I can't prove that to you (and have no wish or need to), but when that kind of thing happens to you - when you feel it in your bones - you just know. I'm sure you can think of an example of something similar that happened to you.

This also happened with another book I read which came up in conversation today: Return of the Warriors -The Toltec Teachings, by Theun Mares. While I covered these teachings in my shamanic training, they really came alive for me when I read this book (which was recommended by my shamanic teacher). It's that "goosebump moment" when every paragraph you read makes you shiver in nostalgia of something you know, but have forgotten. (For context, I have read a lot of non-fiction books in my life about mysticism, spirituality, and esoterica, and I did not get that "I remember this" feeling with most of them, so it's not exactly common that I feel that way when I read a book.)

I mention these experiences because they are so perfectly portrayed by the Pisces influence: that "abstract knowing". Go into that and trust that the Unknown can, in fact, become known with changes in perspectives and acceptance of experience. Pisces says, these experiences are real for all experiences are real - they are the only thing that can truly influence a soul and change the world. And once you step into what you remember abstractly, you have the opportunity to ground it through you and make it solid - to remember it fully. This then become accessible to others, offering them the opportunity to also remember when they are ready.

I would be a huge mess if I had lived my life ignoring my gut instincts and abstract knowing - I have had so many such instances (most of them not through books). Fully accepting these instincts and knowing as real has allowed me to access parts of myself I would otherwise have locked out. And so I have grown into myself by following my inner guidance and trusting it. It's never led me wrong - it has certainly led me to gruelling challenges which have further tempered how I grow, but not ever led me wrong.

As you consciously acknowledge the New Moon in Pisces, please consider doing what you know is right, despite outside contradictions. It's about what's inside. What is inside will reflect on the outside, yet people see the outside without acknowledging the inside of that reflection - that stage. Why they see what they see in the specific way they see it. As above, so below (the perfect Pisces motto).

There is a commonly mistaken belief that to ground your energy and abstract knowing - your spiritual self - will somehow make it disappear. As if you will be tarnishing it in the harshness of the third dimensional world. This is not so. When you ground yourself and your higher self, you are pulling your higher aspect into the physical form. This then solidifies your worldview in the realm of action where physical things are built and changed. You are now a tool to create, and to manifest change.

So, happy creating and manifesting in this Pisces month and under the Pisces New Moon :)
