What a week it's been! I feel I was right about that sense of "energy gathering" last week. This week, I've noticed lots of court cards appear in Readings, which suggests to me that people - through their actions and free will - really do have influence over things and do make a change (for better or worse) with the choices they make. So my suggestion this week is to really be aware of the cause and effect, and the consequences and ripples that your efforts in the world are making. It all matters.
This is what the cards have to say:
Money, money, money! Financial transactions may well play an important part in things for the week ahead. Business contracts and transactions need to be looked into and it's important to be aware of what money or privileges are changing hands and into whose hands they fall. This particularly pertains to organised institutions such as churches, academic and educational industries, banks, technological industries, pharmaceutical and medicinal industries - anything that is "governed" by authority or such an authoritative body. If there are important changes in your employment taking place - particularly if you work for such an institution - try and be aware of what is happening and how you personally want to proceed. The Hierophant always suggests that questions of morality and ethics need to be looked at and questioned.
On a personal level, the way to navigate this next week is to do your best to take things in your stride and try to see the lightness in all things. Try to find the jokes and laughter in it all - juggle (it's entertainment as well as a skill) - keep things light and yourself in emotional balance, and do try to plan ahead with regards to finances so you don't get caught unawares when those questions of morality come into play and you find yourself having to make a decision that upholds your integrity, but may affect your wallet.
This is not a "good" or "bad" spread - it just is what it is. And the outcome will be what you make of it.

Citrine is a must for abundance, personal empowerment, and knowing your own boundaries.
I have felt quite a gathering of "energy" the past week, and there is a sense that acceleration is imminent. Using "Ready; set; go!" as an analogy, we are just about to "go!" How that manifests in your personal life will be individual to each person / family / community, but the 21st June is the Summer Solstice and it is worth bearing that in mind. We are heading into the height of light and clarity - the peak.
Here are what the cards say:
The two keywords going into next week is diplomacy and community. There is a strong suggestions that working with people in your community or social circle is important, and there will even be cause for celebration if you are able to do this. It is possible to build foundations at this time, and new friendship circles, too. But diplomacy is key. There is a sense of being careful how we tread, and even the suggestion that we may have to stay silent about something, or at least pick our word and actions wisely, if we are to integrate with others. Being true to yourself and doing what you must in order to stay integral to your values is incredibly important, but it's about how you do it. And the week ahead suggests that tact and delicacy may be needed. Some people may even find themselves in the position where they have to be sneaky, and even deceptive (cunning like a fox) in order to do something right and noble. Stay true to you; do what you have to; and help your fellow man. Make sure your intent is pure. And celebrate - build bridges and set the foundations for new beginnings that involve not just you, but others, too.
*Please note there is nudity in one of the images below (some Tarot decks depict nudity in a few of the cards to suggest vulnerability, or conversely, a free spirit and strength).
This week's environmental and dream symbolism:
On the physical-world level, this seems very, very, clear to me that our ability to travel will be suspended/delayed (the Prince of Pentacles often brings news of travel or symbolises over-land travel), with the Wheel in this instance meaning resistance to change and flow (because it is directly in *balance with the Hanged Man in this three-card spread). Translated into English, we may well receive the news that our "freedoms" on 21st of June (in the case of politics in Great Britain) will not happen. While "predictive" readings take a back seat for me (I prefer to focus on spiritual development), I can't ignore the very clear message here. (It would be nice to be wrong, though!)
On the more personal and spiritual level, this brings the chance of introspection and going within to explore our own reactions to the news and how we want to make the best of the situation at hand. The key is patience and steadiness (Prince of Pentacles), and finding inner-peace amid adversity (the Hanged Man). All of these three cards have a positive aspect to them.
The Wheel indicates that whatever the situation - whether you find it challenging or not - it is going to be nigh impossible to change it. So go with the flow we must, even if the flow calls for suspension of our emotions and/or plans. However, do bear in mind, that even if in a reversed or opposed position, the Wheel, by its very nature, can still inspire great change within the person - mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. So, while the world "stands still", you may find you, or someone you know, does a complete 180 on a situation.
My advice for next week is to take a deep breath and see things (your life; your situation) from a different perspective so that you can find some semblance of calm. It will be important to think with your head and not act impulsively, and to try not to let any disappointment or frustrations get the better of you. Everything about the first two cards is slowness and steadiness. "Everything in its own time." The tortoise wins the race.
It can still be a wonderful, strengthening week if we can keep our emotional balance and our heads. Revelations are also possible.
*I do not read reversed cards in a reading as a rule (except when falling unexpectedly reversed), but look for surrounding cards to find any opposing influences in a reading. Here, the obvious slowness of the first two cards clearly influences the usual speed and flow of the Wheel.
Crystal Healing Tip
Carry Rose Quartz with you next week, or another stone that inspires feelings of love, inner-strength, and forgiveness within you. Morganite might be another option for similar reasons. If you are feeling very connected to the Otherworld next week, consider Sodalite, or Sugilite, or any "third-eye" stone that will help you see things in a different way.
Information from environmental events and symbolism:
It's going to be a slow week in some respects, with many wanting to charge ahead and do what they had planned to do for quite a while, but news of changes to those plans may put a dampener on things. This is depicted by the four of cups above, which suggests a certain amount of inertia; having to pull back and "sit and wait" and "be patient" as the drive to rush ahead either disappears, or is taken from you. The answer to conserve your peace and balance is to go within and find a certain meditative stance to the situation.
The Page of Pentacles is the said "news" that changes things. Conversely, it could even be that for some of us, we have been in this state of stillness (of the Four of Cups) for a while and the news that the Page brings actually spurs us on and into action, speeding things up to a great extent! It seems that some will experience the former, and some will experience latter, such is the polarity of the current climate and the Chariot card that follows. Either way, this news will likely be about travel and our movements, or will directly affect our moving ahead with something.
The Chariot card suggests a crucial need to remain a master of the situation, whichever end of the polarity you find yourself in. This will first and foremost mean to be a master of yourself and your emotional reactions - any frustrations or disappointments. While it might not feel like it at times, remember that you do have complete control over your life in terms of your inner world and how you respond to external events and stimuli. The Chariot also urges you to not polarise further, but to bring together opposites. Take the reigns and control the speed and direction of your very divided steed.
Do not fear stillness or speed - both are an opportunity to learn to become a master of something. Use any time of stagnation or stillness, or chaotic rush, to be studious and learn important lessons of control. To be very grounded in learning and reason will be to your benefit next week.

A male/female pair of Shaman Stones (or Moqui Marbles) encourage strength and balance in all situations. Citrine inspires maintenance of your solar plexus centre - the crux of your will and drive forward. Selenite can promote acceptance of stillness and continuing to find joy and social (and otherworld) communication within that stillness.
