Officially introducing KUTA Essences, plus my thoughts for the week ahead.

There is potent magic in the beautiful, black glass bottles above, and they are called KUTA.

KUTA stands for a Kick Up The Arse. No, I'm not joking! That's often what it takes to make important decisions and activate deep transformation in your life. Aptly named, these essences have been made by Alastair and myself from stone circles and sacred locations around the UK as we were called to them. These essences are specifically good for shadow work and healing the inner-child, and inspiring action in order to make needed changes.

They used to be called DnA (Dianna and Alastair) Essences, but being much needed for these times, we rebranded them and here they are, ready to catapult you towards your highest good and benefit to humanity. I won't go on about them - you can read about them in depth at kutaessences.kiaoralounge.co.uk and you can purchase them right here from this website. With regards to how you take them, they are just like Bach Flower Remedies: 2 drops under the tongue up to 4 times a day.

Speaking of purchases, our products are now online again and you can buy as many things as you'd like for a flat fee of £3.95 delivery (UK only). Or you can collect from location for free - choose either option at checkout. You may come across one or two items that are pick-up only due to their size or weight - this will render your whole order as pick-up only. More items will be added as and when, including the popular Michael's Sword Auric Spray. (I'm hoping you'll see this for sale by end of next week.)

We have also added Stripe as a payment processor as many people prefer this. Directions and information about payment and checkout should be clear throughout the site. If you have any queries, please ask me.

Workshops

In the next Newsletter, there will be information about three workshops:

1. Creating your Sacred Space
2. All about KUTA Essences (including how to use them as a practitioner)
3. All about Heart Warrior Essences (including how to use them as a practitioner)

​As is usual for us at Kia Ora, these will take place on weekday mornings. I apologise to anyone who cannot do those times due to work, but likewise, it is when we work, and for the foreseeable future, it is important we keep our weekends free or we will never see each other as a family.

If you are in need of herbal medicine, we open the low cost herbal clinic on 31st March and only run it once a month. We don't ask for your "papers" - we trust you like your karma nice and balanced and will simply pay what you can afford. You will find all information here.

The Week Ahead

The sun has been glorious and my garden is calling me, as are all the herbs in it. I have found quite a bit of synchronicity in my life over the past week, and today, also. The message given to me for me to impart to you, is this: trust in the flow of life and life will feed you; earth will feed you; you will be looked after. It sounds simple, but simple is needed because most people don't believe this philosophy, yet in my life, it has been 100% true. Certainly not without its challenges - and some of them not fun at all - but true, nevertheless.

I was asked last week about my thoughts on "losing" spirituality. Someone who had always been very connected and intuitive had recently lost this connection and it has been this way for a few months/years now. My answer was this: It happens. To many people, but especially to those who are VERY tuned in and connected. I hear it so many times. You will find your way back - don't worry.

Perhaps it's a test - an initiation to find your way back to Spirit - or perhaps it is more physiological in that between the ages of 30 and 50 you are farthest away from Spirit in terms of the life cycle, so you feel Spirit less. Whichever it is, I hear about it so often, I thought I'd write it in here today and simply say to anyone reading, if you have lost your way, you will find your way. And when you do, the finding it will be more permanent and stronger than ever before because you sought it out and struggled. It will mean more and the bond you reignite with Spirit will be greater. And likely, once found, you'll realise with hindsight you never lost it at all.

And with regards to the "message of the week" I relayed three paragraphs above, don't force this connection - go with the flow, and try to be present in every moment. You will find it again. It's about trust. And finding Spirit - working with Spirit - is about trust. Almost more than anything else, it's about trust. So trust - don't force. And enjoy what you have. Life is to be enjoyed as much as it's a playground for learning and growing.
