Connecting to the Light as you go through the Dark

Mass global upheaval has meant many people have been going through shadow work processes since the end of 2019 / beginning of January, 2020. There is more to come in 2022 as we continue through the collective turbulence - which of course can bring us travelling through our personal turbulence - and it is so incredibly important to tune into the light (your light) and remember that you are love as we go through this process.

I don't really like the terms "shadow worker" and "light worker" because you really can't have one without the other, and I consider myself both. Going forward, and for 2022, I'll be holding "Connect to Your Light" sessions that specifically focus on helping you tap into your intuition (which is your own guiding light) so you can in turn connect to Source and Great Spirit, and to your spirit guides and angels. We won't be shying away from the dark in these sessions, but looking it in the face and finding a pathway through. (There is always a pathway.) These sessions - they might also be offered as workshops - are still forming in my mind, but will likely include essences, angelic connection / healing, and you doing a lot of the work rather than just receiving what is given, after all, the power is within you and no one else.
